The roof is complete with felt tiles in a choice of colours, guttering and downpipes are supplied as standard. Soffit vents, tanalised softwood fascias and bargeboards are also standard. An electrical consumer unit, two double sockets, light switch and fittings would be installed.
CURRENT REGULATION REQUIRE THAT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN IS REQUIRED TO MAKE THE FINAL CONNECTIONS.
Optional Extras include: additional electrical sockets and light fittings, telephone sockets, choice of finnish for UPVC windows and doors, additional opening windows, choice of colour for guttering and downpipes, choice of door and window layout and partitions.
